Sectton consults LLC, is a Senior Living Referral, Aging Life Planning and Supportive Counseling Service Advisor. We provide assistance to seniors and their families with navigating the maze of Health, Housing, Financial and Legal options including; but not limited to Residential Care Home Referrals, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
PLACEMENT SERVICE STEPS
REFERRAL
Referral received from Hospital, Doctor, Friends, Family, or other loved ones.
CONTACT
Once you contact us, you are assigned a Care Representative in your area to help guide you through the rest of the process.
ASSESSMENT
Once assigned a Care Representative, an assessment is preformed to determine your loved one’s social, physical and financial need in an effort to match them with the right care needs.
EXPLORATION
When the assessment is completed, your senior advisor will share their findings on the communities best suited for the needs of your loved one.
TOUR
After discussions with your senior advisor, a tour of each of the facilities with the senior advisor is scheduled. If you chose to tour the facilities on your own, appointments with each of the faculties will be pre-arranged.
PLACEMENT
Once you select your community of choice, your Care Representative will assist with coordinating the move into the community and implementation of services.

Sectton assists with placement for catered memory care services and medication management in a secure facility.
End of Life Planning
Sectton facilitates end of life planing; ensuring your wishes and preferences are determined and documented in advance of your death, and made known to your loved ones, so that they are able to honor your wishes.
